AWESOME CLUB MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Awesome Alley / Homer's Pub & Grub ("Company") and the undersigned member ("Member").

By signing below, Member agrees to the following terms:

This is a 12-month contract. Your membership starts when you sign up and runs for exactly 12 months. You're responsible for paying the full 12 months, no matter how much you use it.

Month 1: $1.00 (promotional rate, charged when you sign up)

Months 2–12: $30.00/month (billed automatically each month)

Total: $331.00 for the full 12 months.

If payment fails: Your membership is suspended immediately. You still owe the full 12-month balance. Accounts 14+ days late may be sent to collections.

You get: 1 hour of bowling per day during open play, $1 off all food and drinks, access to exclusive member deals.

Your time doesn't roll over to the next day. You can't share or give your membership to anyone else. We'll ask for ID to verify it's you. Lanes are first come, first served — no reservations.

Membership is valid for all regular open play and league play. Membership is NOT valid during: Private events, Special blackout dates designated by Company. Company reserves the right to adjust blackout periods as needed.

Each person needs their own membership. If you share yours, we'll cancel it with no refund.

Respect our staff, other members, and house rules. We'll immediately cancel your membership with no refund for fighting, harassment, theft, property damage, or trying to break the rules.

12-month commitment. All memberships are a 12-month minimum term. Early cancellation is not permitted except under the three circumstances described below. Member remains responsible for all monthly payments unless an exception applies.

Exception A — Relocation. If you permanently move out of the area and can no longer reasonably use the facility, you may request early cancellation with no penalty. Cancellation is effective upon request and verification.

Exception B — Injury or Medical. If a qualifying injury or medical condition prevents you from bowling, your membership will be paused (not cancelled) for the duration of recovery. Billing pauses during the pause period. Membership resumes automatically when the pause ends. Pause requests require written notice to staff.

Exception C — Seasonal Resident (Snowbird). If you are a part-year area resident (e.g., 6 months per year), your membership may be paused during your away months upon advance written request. Billing pauses during the pause period and resumes when you return.

How to request a cancellation or pause: Contact staff or admin in person or by email at alleyos@polsia.app. Requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid that month's charge.

No refunds for unused time, missed days, or closures due to weather, maintenance, or staffing. Use it or lose it.

We're not responsible for lane downtime, equipment issues, temporary closures, or busy times. No credits or refunds.

Bowling and activities at our facility involve risk. You assume all risk and release us (Awesome Alley, Homer's Pub & Grub, owners, staff) from liability for injury, loss, or damage.

We can use photos and videos taken here in our marketing and social media.

We can change our rules, hours, or benefits as needed for our business.

Don't publicly damage our reputation or post false statements about us. Violations can result in membership cancellation and legal action.

This agreement is governed by Missouri law.

This is the complete agreement between you and us.
